Working as a Recruitment Consultant here at Nova, at the core of my role is providing a specialist consultive service to clients and candidates alike, advising and supporting them with their recruitment needs & becoming a career-ally.

I have just over seven years of experience working in recruitment, having spent the vast majority of my time working in London. Having worked for a small boutique firm and a larger corporate agency, I feel that Nova has managed to perfect their approach in which everyone works collaboratively – like a boutique firm – but is coupled with the quality and delivery of a larger firm.

We spend a significant part of our time at work, so finding candidates jobs that they love and can offer them growth (both professionally & personally) is the part I love most about my work.

It’s not so much of a guilty pleasure, but I’m an absolute sucker for ‘The Office’… I think I’ve genuinely watched it through at least five times, and I fully intend to make that 6.
