Prior to this, Louise served six years as a Director for the Board of The Cayman Islands Human Resources professionals.
Former CEO, Steve McIntosh said: “I have always said that my most important job as CEO was to hire great people, and there is no greater source of personal pride for me than the incredible team of committed and able leaders I leave behind in Louise, Will, Graham, and Ambrose. There is no doubt in my mind that Louise and the team will take the success of the company to new, unencumbered heights.”
Louise Reed said: “I’m excited and honored to move into the position of Managing Partner of the CML Group of companies at this important time in the company’s continuing journey of growth. We all have great opportunity in front of us: our clients, partners, and our dedicated and talented employees across the group. My goal in leading the group is to build on the achievements of the past 17 years, remaining the innovative leader in the market and positively impacting our community.”
Louise continues: “Sincere thanks to Steve for his strong leadership since the founding of CML. His insight, commitment, and support have been invaluable through our formative years in business together, from the early days of CML Recruitment to the establishment of the wider CML group of companies that we are all incredibly proud of today.”
