I currently oversee the day-to-day operations of the CML Group of companies. In this capacity, I work closely with the management committee to coordinate and drive the Group’s strategy development and operational effectiveness. Here in the Nova office, I focus on creating purpose, elevating our values, cultivating career passion, and buying office snacks (which consist mainly of chocolate).

My HR and Recruitment career has spanned 20+ years, where I started as a Recruiter and Manager in the UK’s fast-paced commercial search and selection industry, later spending eight years managing our sister company CML’s Financial Services recruitment. My successes have allowed me to expand the CML Group with the founding of both Nova Recruitment in 2017 and, most recently, Connect by Nova in 2020, focusing on career development and training for the local community in Cayman.

Forensic Pathologist. I even did work experience in a morgue, but then I realized I faint really easily especially if I see blood, so I decided to stick to working with people, just living ones.
