As the Business Process Manager & Head of Marketing, I wear two hats – I make sure our internal gears are grinding smoothly, and I get our name out there with marketing that makes an impact. My mission is to show off what we're great at and make sure it's not just talk.

I'm a believer in doing things right rather than just doing a lot. I see every person on our team as a key player and every task as a chance to do better. My days are filled with analyzing, advising, and putting plans into action that boost our game and make our workplace a hotbed for smart ideas.

I love my job because I get to work with some of the most inspiring people in this industry. I am constantly challenged to be the very best version of myself, and no day is the same, there’s always something new to learn!
