I help to lead the Nova Recruitment team, overseeing business development initiatives and handling senior/exec-level recruitment for our team. With a background working in funds, fiduciary and governance before transitioning to recruitment, I have a keen understanding of the work our candidates do, and what they are looking for in a career move.

I love my work because, in my position, there’s a great level of job satisfaction. Whether people are unemployed or looking to move roles, I try to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find job happiness.

What makes this easier is that our team is passionate about what we do, and we care about the people we support. This makes it a positive environment to be a part of. And to top it all off, we’re friends, so it makes work genuinely enjoyable!
