Sales jobs are one of the less frequent areas for our team to recruit for; however, from time to time, we do have exciting sales opportunities available, primarily within media and tech. Key roles include Account Managers and Sales Representatives.

What experience is needed?


Sales jobs in the Cayman Islands require a combination of excellent communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, a strong work ethic, active listening skills and a passion for building relationships with clients. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are also essential, as Account Managers must be able to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions to challenges. 



Prior sales experience is generally required to be considered for sales positions that our team recruit for, as well as prior experience with sales tracking software. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude can go a long way in this field.
