What experience is needed?


To be considered for HR jobs in the Cayman Islands, candidates must possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 


Experience in the field is preferred but not always required, as training may be provided depending on the level of the role. Having an educational background specific to Human Resources or an HR-related qualification (such as PHR, SHRM or CIPD) will also help candidates to stand out. 

The most common roles.

HR Administration

HR Administrators are responsible for managing employee records and ensuring that HR processes are efficient and effective. 

HR Management

HR Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, ensuring company HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhere to local employment and labour regulations. 



Payroll & Benefits

Payroll & Benefits professionals are responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits. Sometimes this is a role all on its own in larger organisations, and in smaller ones may just be a responsibility of the accounts/operations team.

Learning & Development

Learning & Development professionals are responsible for designing and implementing training programs for employees. This role is less common than our other HR positions, however, it is a growing area, and some of the larger firms that we support do have dedicated L&D teams.


Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition professionals are responsible for identifying, recruiting and hiring new employees for the company. Our team will recruit from entry-level administrative roles all the way up to Global Heads of Recruitment for our clients.
