In Human Resources, depending on your role, you will develop or assist in advising on and implementing policies relating to the effective use of staff in an organisation.  The main aim of Human Resources is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skill and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business aims.

The exact nature of the work varies but is likely to involve developing and implementing policies and procedures, promoting equality and diversity, staff reviews, administering payroll, recruiting staff, assisting with immigration process and advising on salaries.
