Hello and welcome to Tomorrow’s HR Talent – the new apprenticeship for aspiring HR talent in Cayman. On our 24-month program, our apprentice will work towards a professional HR designation, whilst gaining exposure across our recruitment, immigration, and HR consulting teams.

Our apprentice is a fully engaged employee within Nova, gaining experience and exposure in recruitment, immigration, and HR consulting, as well as being financially backed to pursue a professional HR designation.
Each day our apprentice will learn and build on their passion for HR. The invaluable work experience gained will ready them for hire and prepare them for a future as a prospective member of any HR team.
Who Can Apply?
Our apprenticeship program is open to any Caymanians or those with the legal right to work who have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.
