Ariana began her career in recruitment and human resource management following the completion of her MBA in Human Resource Management. She embarked on a 24-month rotational apprenticeship with Nova, where she has gained hands-on experience in recruitment.

During her apprenticeship, Ariana achieved her Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi) certification, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth. As part of her apprenticeship experience, Ariana also supports CML Offshore Recruitment, a sister agency of Nova, as an Immigration & HR Assistant, allowing her to further expand her expertise in HR consulting and immigration services.

Ariana supports the Nova Recruitment team, providing valuable administrative assistance while expanding her expertise across different areas of human resources.
