Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly motivated and professional Account Manager to join a dynamic fiduciary services team based in Grand Cayman. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in board support, legal, or corporate administration who is looking to grow into an Associate Director role. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex structures and deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and regulated entities.

Responsibilities and Duties- Administer a portfolio of private client structures with precision and care
- Liaise directly with clients, legal advisors, and intermediaries
- Prepare and review board minutes, resolutions, and corporate documentation
- Organise and coordinate board meetings
- Support senior team members in business development and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in board support, legal, or fiduciary administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident and articulate in client-facing situations
- Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to progress
- Experience with private clients or high-net-worth individuals is advantageous
- Familiarity with the Cayman Islands regulatory environment is a plus
- Background in legal secretary, paralegal, or corporate administration preferred
