We are recruiting for a Compliance Executive on behalf of our client, supporting a growing regulatory reporting function. In this position, you will assist with FATCA/CRS due diligence, prepare reporting files, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant submissions. This role is ideal if you are meticulous, proactive, and keen to build your technical expertise in international regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Assist with FATCA and CRS onboarding, due diligence, and client classification.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records for regulatory reporting.
- Support senior team members in reviewing and submitting AEOI filings.
- Monitor regulatory deadlines to ensure timely task completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams — legal, compliance, and operations — to gather information for SPV clients.
- Perform routine checks and data reconciliations before submissions.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to senior colleagues.
- Contribute to process improvements and strengthened internal controls.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 2–4 years’ experience in financial services, compliance, or regulatory reporting (AEOI experience advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling client and regulatory data.
- A solid understanding of financial structures, ideally with exposure to SPVs.
- Strong organisational and time?management skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- The ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
