Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee pension plan administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and analyse operational data to improve processing times and customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor junior administrators, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies
- Ensure service level agreements and performance standards are consistently met
- Act as a senior point of reference for technical and complex cases
- Support educational training sessions for employers and members
- Assist with external audits and perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pensions or financial services
- Proven experience managing a team or direct reports
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging communication style
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
