- Administer a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary structures such as STAR & Charitable Trusts, Unit Trusts, PTCs, SPVs, and Foundation Companies.
- Prepare and maintain trust documentation, support client onboarding, and coordinate with AML, Compliance, and Finance.
- Oversee regulatory filings, annual reviews, billing cycles, and governance meeting materials.
- Maintain high-quality templates, procedures, and records, including database updates.
- Support business development initiatives, client relationship management, and new product development.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments within the Cayman Island
- Bachelor’s degree plus STEP or equivalent professional designation.
- Minimum 5 years’ fiduciary experience with strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks.
- Technical understanding of trust structures, investment vehicles, and corporate governance.
- Experience across both traditional investments and digital asset-related structures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Quantios Core is beneficial.
