You will be part of an established corporate services and fiduciary team, working closely with lawyers, clients and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day?to?day administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships
- Handling correspondence with clients, attorneys and external service providers
- Preparing, reviewing and filing corporate documents with relevant government authorities
- Maintaining statutory records, registers and corporate databases
- Interpreting board and shareholder resolutions and updating records accordingly
- Coordinating due diligence checks in collaboration with the Compliance team
- Reviewing invoices and liaising with clients regarding payments
- Supporting additional ad?hoc tasks as required by management
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A high school diploma, with part or fully qualified ICSA status preferred
- Solid experience in corporate administration or company secretarial services
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment
- A high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and the ability to meet strict deadlines consistently
