Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Community Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Managing filing systems and maintaining confidential information
- Updating paperwork, documents, and internal spreadsheets
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of clients
- Organising and coordinating community events
- Raising invoices and liaising with clients regarding payments
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A high school diploma or associate degree
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Confidence using basic Excel formulas
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
