About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and proactive  Compliance Manager  to join a growing compliance team in the Cayman Islands. This role focuses on FATCA/CRS reporting, investor due diligence, and supporting AML Officer services. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage FATCA/CRS registration and reporting to the Cayman Islands Tax Information Authority
  • Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and templates
  • Conduct and review investor due diligence (CDD/KYC) in line with AML regulations
  • Prepare investor risk assessments and monitor transactions for suspicious activity
  • Support the AML Compliance Officer with reporting, reviews, and regulatory filings
  • Track and report on regulatory changes affecting AML/CFT/CFP/TS obligations
  • Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
  • Represent the compliance team at industry events and forums
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in financial services with a focus on FATCA/CRS and AML/KYC
  • Compliance certifications such as ICA or ACAMS preferred
  • Familiarity with Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks and AML regulations
  • Experience with fund structures or fiduciary services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance platforms (e.g., LSEG Worldcheck)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
