We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join a growing compliance team in the Cayman Islands. This role focuses on FATCA/CRS reporting, investor due diligence, and supporting AML Officer services. Responsibilities and Duties- Manage FATCA/CRS registration and reporting to the Cayman Islands Tax Information Authority
- Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and templates
- Conduct and review investor due diligence (CDD/KYC) in line with AML regulations
- Prepare investor risk assessments and monitor transactions for suspicious activity
- Support the AML Compliance Officer with reporting, reviews, and regulatory filings
- Track and report on regulatory changes affecting AML/CFT/CFP/TS obligations
- Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
- Represent the compliance team at industry events and forums
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in financial services with a focus on FATCA/CRS and AML/KYC
- Compliance certifications such as ICA or ACAMS preferred
- Familiarity with Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks and AML regulations
- Experience with fund structures or fiduciary services is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance platforms (e.g., LSEG Worldcheck)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
