We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager on behalf of a highly regarded professional services organisation. This senior role will see you take ownership of implementing, overseeing, and enhancing a comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring the business meets all regulatory, AML, and risk management obligations within a complex, multi?jurisdictional environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing effective risk and compliance frameworks
- Managing and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Plan and related policies
- Acting as a subject matter expert on regulatory and AML/ATF requirements
- Conducting regular compliance testing and reviews across the business
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual compliance reports to the Board
- Serving as the primary contact for internal and external audits and inspections
- Monitoring regulatory and legislative developments and advising on business impact
- Overseeing compliance, risk, and AML training programmes for staff
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful, you will bring:
- At least 5 years’ compliance experience within financial or professional services
- Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, CPF, and sanctions regimes
- Experience designing and maintaining compliance systems, controls, and policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including board-level reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Degree in a relevant field and/or recognised compliance qualification (e.g. ICA)
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, proactive approach
