An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Administrator to join a busy and growing Governance Services team within a well-established professional services organisation in the Cayman Islands. Responsibilities and Duties

As a Corporate Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain and update beneficial ownership registers in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, verify and accurately record beneficial ownership information from directors, shareholders, members and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit beneficial ownership filings to the relevant authorities within required deadlines.
  • Maintain corporate records and databases, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor changes in ownership structures and update records accordingly.
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to obtain required documentation and provide status updates.
  • Support billing activities, including assisting with invoicing processes and resolving client account queries.
  • Assist with audits, due diligence requests, internal reviews and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this Corporate Administrator role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Corporate Administrator or in a similar role within a corporate services provider, law firm or financial services environment.
  • A sound understanding of corporate structures, governance processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience maintaining corporate records and working with corporate administration systems or databases.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with both clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently when required.
  • Experience with beneficial ownership reporting, offshore jurisdictions, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools or ViewPoint software would be advantageous.
