Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day?to?day registered office activities for a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients
- Handling client acceptance and onboarding processes in line with regulatory and internal requirements
- Collecting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate KYC and due diligence documentation
- Preparing and filing statutory and regulatory documents with local authorities
- Maintaining corporate records, registers, and databases to a high level of accuracy
- Supporting entity amendments, strike?offs, liquidations, de?registrations, and transfers
- Assisting with billing processes, including invoice generation, fee tracking, and debt collection
- Communicating professionally with clients, regulators, agents, and third?party service providers
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you are likely to have:
- A relevant professional qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Approximately 2–5 years’ experience in corporate administration or onboarding
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and entity administration
- Experience using corporate systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP, REEFS, or similar databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, team?focused approach
