About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Corporate Administrator to join a dynamic Governance Services team based in the Cayman Islands. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in corporate administration. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service across incorporation, administration, and termination processes. You will be joining a high-performing Governance Services team that values initiative, integrity, and innovation. The firm supports a diverse client base, including global financial institutions, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage day-to-day registered office activities for a dedicated client portfolio
  • Process incorporations, registrations, and transfers-in
  • Handle annual returns, statutory filings, and amendments to registers
  • Oversee strike-offs, liquidations, transfers-out, and deregistrations
  • Conduct and review Know Your Client (KYC) procedures
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Review and act on minutes, resolutions, and client documentation
  • Generate annual and interim fee invoices as required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Solid academic background
  • 2–5 years of relevant corporate administration experience
  • Proficiency in systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, REEFS, and CAP
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • In-depth understanding of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
