You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service across incorporation, administration, and termination processes. Responsibilities and Duties- Manage day-to-day registered office activities for a dedicated client portfolio
- Process incorporations, registrations, and transfers-in
- Handle annual returns, statutory filings, and amendments to registers
- Oversee strike-offs, liquidations, transfers-out, and deregistrations
- Conduct and review Know Your Client (KYC) procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Review and act on minutes, resolutions, and client documentation
- Generate annual and interim fee invoices as required
- Solid academic background
- 2–5 years of relevant corporate administration experience
- Proficiency in systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, REEFS, and CAP
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- In-depth understanding of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
