Responsibilities and Duties

As a Corporate Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Handling incorporations and registrations of new entities.
  • Drafting and preparing legal and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinating statutory filings, consents, approvals, and licences.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic minute books.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and Cayman Islands legislation.
  • Meeting deadlines and managing tasks within prescribed timeframes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate administration within a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in CORIS, CAP, and REEFS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, when required.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
