Responsibilities and Duties
As a Corporate Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Handling incorporations and registrations of new entities.
- Drafting and preparing legal and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinating statutory filings, consents, approvals, and licences.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic minute books.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and Cayman Islands legislation.
- Meeting deadlines and managing tasks within prescribed timeframes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate administration within a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in CORIS, CAP, and REEFS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, when required.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
