We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join a dynamic Registered Office team. This role involves delivering a range of corporate administration services to a diverse portfolio of entities, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests. Responsibilities and Duties
- Form and administer a portfolio of Cayman entities, including trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and segregated portfolio companies.
- Prepare minutes, resolutions, and correspondence, and coordinate timely execution of documentation.
- Attend to statutory filings and maintain accurate statutory records in line with deadlines.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing accurate and professional responses to queries.
- Produce and circulate invoices, manage fee collection, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including AML requirements.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to service innovation initiatives.
- Take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in corporate administration, preferably with a recognised financial services provider.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Professional and confident in client communications across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Viewpoint is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of statutory laws and regulatory requirements, including AML regulations.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to manage tasks effectively.
