In this role, you will provide essential administrative, governance, and organisational support to ensure smooth operations across a diverse portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts.

Responsibilities and Duties
As the Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day?to?day support to senior members of the corporate services team.
- Reviewing emails and actioning instructions from lawyers and secretaries relating to corporate work, including incorporations and transfers of registered office.
- Creating and maintaining Minute Books and corporate files for all assigned entities.
- Scanning, saving, and uploading documents into the firm’s document management system.
- Prioritising workload effectively and working within a deadline?driven environment.
- Maintaining statutory company registers in line with Cayman Islands regulatory requirements.
- Managing daily correspondence and handling administrative matters for all managed entities.
- Liaising with internal departments such as accounting and compliance regarding invoicing and due diligence processes.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in corporate administration, legal support, or a similar professional services environment.
- Strong organisational and time?management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks for companies, partnerships, and trusts (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency with document management systems and general office technology.
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
- The ability to meet prescribed deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality output.
