In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality client service. Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate entities
- Prepare and file statutory documents with relevant regulatory authorities
- Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records
- Conduct KYC and due diligence checks in line with regulatory requirements
- Process corporate actions including amendments, transfers and deregistrations
- Review corporate documentation such as resolutions and meeting minutes
- Assist with billing processes, including invoice generation and fee monitoring
- Liaise with clients, regulators and third-party service providers in a professional manner
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 2–5 years’ experience in corporate administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with KYC processes and client onboarding procedures
- Proficiency in systems such as ViewPoint, CORIS, CAP or similar databases
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to your work
