We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Corporate Services Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of companies and partnerships. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a background in corporate services. Responsibilities and Duties- Manage day-to-day correspondence and administrative tasks for a portfolio of companies and partnerships.
- Prepare and file corporate documents with relevant government agencies.
- Interpret board and shareholder resolutions and update corporate records accordingly.
- Maintain and update client databases, including ViewPoint, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct due diligence on new directors and shareholders in coordination with the Compliance team.
- Review and manage invoices related to your portfolio and liaise with clients regarding payments.
- Collaborate with attorneys and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management or directors.
- High school diploma required; ICSA qualification or business-related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate administration.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
