. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate governance, board support, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in supporting directors and ensuring smooth operations across various corporate entities.

Responsibilities and Duties
As Corporate /Board Secretary, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling board meetings in consultation with clients and directors.
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, notices, and board packs.
- Liaising with fund administrators, auditors, AML officers, and other service providers to gather documentation.
- Transcribing board minutes and managing their review and circulation.
- Ensuring compliance with Cayman Islands legislation, including the Mutual Funds Act and AML regulations.
- Acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities.
- Preparing fee invoices and monitoring payments.
- Maintaining and updating the SharePoint database.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience in corporate administration or board support roles.
- Strong understanding of Cayman Islands financial regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with CIMA REEFS, CORIS, and CAP platforms.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional demeanour and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
