We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and experienced Donor Relations & Communications Coordinator . Responsibilities and Duties- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate donors.
- Develop and execute communication strategies including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage donor databases and maintain accurate records of interactions and contributions.
- Lead donor stewardship initiatives to encourage long-term engagement.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
- Create compelling stories and reports to showcase the impact of donor support.
- Support all aspects of donor communications to enhance fundraising success.
- Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all communication channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in donor relations, communications, or fundraising within a non-profit setting in the Cayman Islands, United States or Canada.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain donor relationships.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience with donor databases and targeted communication strategies.
- Highly organised with excellent project and time management skills.
- A personal connection to disability advocacy is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, DonorPerfect, or similar tools is preferred.
- Competitive salary range of US$70,000 – US$85,000 per annum (tax-free) , based on experience.
