About the Opportunity

Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within a prestigious five-star hospitality environment. This role demands exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive schedules and guest relations, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties
As Executive Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating detailed travel itineraries and processing expense reports
  • Acting as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handling confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting special projects, research, and data analysis as directed
  • Assisting the Guidance Team with daily operations and guest communications
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes, and following up on action items
  • Upholding the company’s values in all interactions with guests and colleagues

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive administrative support or hotel operations
  • A degree in hospitality or a related field (a second language is desirable)
  • Proficiency in hotel systems such as OPERA, Marsha, GuestVoice, CITY, Servidyne
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
