We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant
to support senior leadership within a prestigious five-star hospitality environment. This role demands exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive schedules and guest relations, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

As Executive Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating detailed travel itineraries and processing expense reports
- Acting as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handling confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Supporting special projects, research, and data analysis as directed
- Assisting the Guidance Team with daily operations and guest communications
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes, and following up on action items
- Upholding the company’s values in all interactions with guests and colleagues
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive administrative support or hotel operations
- A degree in hospitality or a related field (a second language is desirable)
- Proficiency in hotel systems such as OPERA, Marsha, GuestVoice, CITY, Servidyne
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
