Responsibilities and DutiesAs Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and facilities contacts.
- Coordinating internal and client-facing meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Supporting internal reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handling couriers, notarisation, apostilles, and paper signing for directors.
- Managing office supplies, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
- Liaising with landlords and overseeing premises-related matters.
- Administering office service providers including cleaners, IT, and catering.
