We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the internal governance, office oversight, and strategic initiatives of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This senior-level role is being recruited on behalf of our client and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage key operational functions, and contribute to high-impact projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation.
  • Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and facilities contacts.
  • Coordinating internal and client-facing meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Supporting internal reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Handling couriers, notarisation, apostilles, and paper signing for directors.
  • Managing office supplies, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
  • Liaising with landlords and overseeing premises-related matters.
  • Administering office service providers including cleaners, IT, and catering.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing confidential information and sensitive documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR processes including onboarding and recruitment coordination.
  • Ability to manage client communications and document workflows.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects and operational improvements.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
