Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and Executive Team to achieve organisational goals.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications effectively.
- Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Manage the flow of information and ensure timely follow-up on key contacts and projects.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, and governance materials.
- Oversee office administration, including vendor management and office policies.
- Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding and support employee travel arrangements.
- Organise internal and external events, including logistics and marketing materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a personal assistant role, with at least 3 years supporting C-Suite or senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Positive, energetic outlook and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Business-related qualification or professional certification preferred.
