We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Executive Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting a range of practice groups within the legal sector, requiring a high level of professionalism, organisation, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the preparation of standard and complex legal documents, including drafting incorporation and formation documents.
- Make necessary filings with internal and external bodies, such as the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
- Organise documents for fund entities to be uploaded for registration through the Government Portal.
- Assist in the termination of funds, including drafting relevant documents and liaising with Government bodies.
- Liaise with the Registered Office regarding entity filings and service requests.
- Prepare invoices, draft bill narratives, and manage special billing rules.
- Create, edit, amend, and store correspondence and documents in electronic files.
- Perform other duties as required, including occasional overtime.
- Recognised legal secretarial qualification or a minimum of 3-5 years’ legal experience.
- Copy and audio typing speeds of at least 60-70 wpm with 98% accuracy.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to use legal precedents and billing systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
