In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior lawyers, ensuring smooth management of matters, client relationships, and workflow. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide full lifecycle support across matters, including document drafting, proofreading, and version control.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Coordinate matter openings, engagement letters, compliance/KYC checks, and onboarding processes.
- Assist with billing cycles, expense processing, and month-end close-outs.
- Prepare and coordinate client calls, meetings, and case timetables.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Organise business-related travel, conferences, and associated logistics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, regulators, and external service providers.
- Support business development activities, including updating collateral and assisting with RFP responses.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level legal secretarial or PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of legal terminology.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, document management systems, and billing platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client service mindset.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines independently.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work outside standard hours when required.
