Responsibilities and Duties
As a Fiduciary Services Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts
- Managing client onboarding, KYC processes, and US tax documentation
- Preparing and distributing corporate documents for execution
- Interpreting board and shareholder resolutions and updating records
- Maintaining transaction documents and inputting data into internal systems
- Assisting with invoicing, receivables, and compliance certificates
- Supporting junior staff through training and supervision
- Participating in ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- An Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong administrative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to excellence
