About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Fiduciary Services Manager on behalf of our client, a growing organisation within the professional fiduciary services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in board support, legal services, fiduciary administration or corporate administration to join a high-performing team and develop towards a future leadership role.

In this position, you will support a diverse portfolio of complex structures, work closely with high-net-worth private clients, regulated entities and corporate groups, and deliver a professional, high-touch client service.

You will be joining an experienced Fiduciary Services team that supports private clients, regulated entities and corporate structures. Responsibilities and Duties

As Fiduciary Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administration of a portfolio of private client, regulated and corporate structures.
  • Managing client, legal adviser and intermediary relationships to ensure consistently high service standards.
  • Preparing and reviewing board minutes, resolutions and other corporate documentation.
  • Coordinating board meetings, including preparation, documentation management and follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining accurate fiduciary services records and data within ViewPoint.
  • Working closely with Compliance and Corporate Administration teams to manage annual reporting and regulatory deadlines.
  • Supporting senior team members with business development activities and client relationship management.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks and contributing to an efficient, professional and collaborative team environment.
  • Developing the knowledge and experience required to undertake client board appointments in the future.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this Fiduciary Services Manager role, you will ideally have:

  • At least five years’ relevant experience in fiduciary administration, corporate administration, board support, legal services or a related professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting boards, preparing corporate documentation, or managing corporate administration processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and advisers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and complex structures.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to take ownership and deliver high-quality results.
  • Confidence working in client-facing situations, including with private clients, intermediaries and professional advisers.
  • Ambition to progress your career within fiduciary services and develop towards client board appointments or an Associate Director role.
  • Experience working with private clients, high-net-worth individuals or within the Cayman Islands regulatory environment would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ViewPoint would be beneficial.
