Responsibilities and Duties

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while delivering a high standard of service. 
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess financial goals, investment objectives, and changing circumstances. 
• Develop and present tailored financial plans, investment recommendations, and wealth management strategies. 
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalised advice. 
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development. 
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and contribute to revenue growth objectives. 
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure advice remains relevant and compliant. 
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards. 

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, investments, or a client advisory role. 
• A strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, and suitability requirements. 
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 
• The ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
• Professional qualifications such as CISI, CFP, Series Licences, or similar industry certifications are highly desirable. 
• Knowledge of the Cayman Islands financial services environment and regulatory framework would be advantageous.
