- Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance to achieve the best total cost of ownership
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring supply continuity and quality
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support divisional projects and provide purchasing guidance
- Align with regional and senior procurement leaders on global and regional strategies
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget activities
- Monitor and share relevant market trends and supply chain insights
- Support resolution of supply and quality issues alongside regional procurement teams
- Build strong knowledge of your categories, suppliers, and markets
- Participate in make-versus-buy decisions, supplier reviews, and formal presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles
- Experience working on cross-functional projects and driving initiatives forward
- Exposure to project management or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
- CPM or APICS certification
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong negotiation and supplier management background
- Manage $20–50M in annual spend across assigned categories
- Work independently within established policies and guidelines
- Directly influence cost, quality, service, and supply reliability
- Focus on moderately complex categories with limited customer-facing interaction
