Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for an experienced Governance Services Manager to lead and support the day to day operations of its registered office and corporate administration function. In this role, you will oversee workflows, guide a growing team, and ensure exceptional delivery of corporate governance services across a varied and dynamic client base.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily workflows across the registered office business to maintain smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Monitor team capacity, adjusting workloads as needed to ensure efficiency and balance.
- Oversee the processing of client requests, ensuring highquality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Allocate and delegate tasks effectively while stepping in to support urgent or complex matters.
- Provide coverage during staff leave and act as a key point of reference and problem solver for the team.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of registered office processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in resolving complex issues within the team and communicate matters appropriately to senior management.
- Support and train team members on technical matters, ensuring successful handling of corporate services transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Governance Services Manager, you should demonstrate:
- A relevant undergraduate degree plus a professional qualification such as ICSA (or equivalent).
- A minimum of five years’ industry experience with strong corporate administration expertise.
- Prior experience successfully managing and developing a corporate governance or administration team.
- Strong working knowledge of systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, REEFS, CAPS, and other client databases.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent understanding of Cayman Islands legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, delegate, and build effective relationships.
- A working awareness of KYC, CDD, and onboarding compliance requirements.
