We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a High School Admissions Officer & Office Administrator, a pivotal and front?facing role responsible for managing the complete admissions journey and supporting the smooth operation of the High School office. Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all High School admissions enquiries, supporting related areas where needed.
- Manage the full end?to?end admissions process, including applications, interviews, entrance tests, offers, and enrolment.
- Coordinate entrance exams, assessment days, school tours, and open events.
- Maintain regular communication with families, including waiting list oversight and placement updates.
- Prepare admissions data, trend insights, and reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new students into academic and pastoral teams.
- Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to senior staff, including calendar and meeting management.
- Assist with reception duties, enquiries, and general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
- At least four years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational environment.
- Strong experience managing sensitive data and working with MIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High?level IT proficiency, including MS Office.
- Strong customer service and relationship?building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
- Desirable: previous experience in school administration.
