Job Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Senior Associate to join a dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a broad range of HR services, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key responsibilities while developing your expertise across multiple HR functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the delivery of core HR functions across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of recruitment processes and candidate experiences
  • Contribute to the management of employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and absence management processes
  • Assist with performance management processes and career development initiatives
  • Help manage employee queries and provide timely, professional HR support
  • Collaborate with team members on immigration and compliance-related activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes using digital tools and best practices

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years’ relevant HR experience (level dependent on experience)
  • A professional HR qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and learning
