We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a  Human Capital Associate  to support a high-performing team within a global professional services firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support. You will play a key role in recruitment coordination, data analysis, and supporting broader human capital initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Human Capital Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Generating recruitment reports and providing insights on applicant pipelines.
  • Supporting the Human Capital team with ad-hoc administrative and project-based tasks.
  • Responding effectively to diverse perspectives and employee needs.
  • Applying critical thinking to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Using a variety of tools and methodologies to support HR initiatives.
  • Understanding how your work contributes to broader business objectives.
  • Developing self-awareness and reflecting on personal growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in Human Capital, HR, or recruitment (preferred).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Confidence in interpreting data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with professional and technical standards in a corporate environment.
  • A proactive approach to supporting team workload and stakeholder expectations.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
