Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Capital Associate to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will support key HR and recruitment processes, act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, and contribute to strategic and administrative activities. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review incoming CVs and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Communicate directly with candidates and assist in generating offers.
  • Prepare recruiting reports and provide insights on applicant pipelines.
  • Support the Human Capital team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs within the organisation.
  • Apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts and propose solutions.
  • Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
  • Uphold professional standards and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in Human Capital or HR is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage workload proactively and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in using tools and methodologies to solve problems creatively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating insights.
  • Understanding of broader business objectives and strategic alignment.
