In this role, you will lead and enhance key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Responsibilities and Duties
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job adverts, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and coordinating background checks.
  • Managing all aspects of employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
  • Assisting with the organisation and administration of staff training and development initiatives.
  • Preparing, collating, and submitting immigration documentation and related applications.
  • Supporting and monitoring the firm’s performance management processes and reporting requirements.
  • Assisting with the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support across a range of employee relations matters.
  • Undertaking additional HR duties as required to support departmental operations.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • The ability to work proactively and independently, using your own initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in HR management or a similar senior HR role.
  • Experience within professional services is an advantage but not essential.
