In this role, you will lead and enhance key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job adverts, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and coordinating background checks.
- Managing all aspects of employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
- Assisting with the organisation and administration of staff training and development initiatives.
- Preparing, collating, and submitting immigration documentation and related applications.
- Supporting and monitoring the firm’s performance management processes and reporting requirements.
- Assisting with the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and support across a range of employee relations matters.
- Undertaking additional HR duties as required to support departmental operations.

- Experience within professional services is an advantage but not essential.
