Our client is a newly established luxury retailer offering exclusive, high-end fashion and designer pieces. They are seeking a Sales Executive to join their George Town showroom and support the delivery of an elevated, personalised client experience.
This role is flexible by design and may evolve in scope depending on the experience and long-term potential of the successful candidate.
As a key member of the showroom team, you will play an integral role in welcoming clients, supporting daily sales operations, and helping customers discover one-of-one and distinctive designer pieces. You will contribute to a refined, seamless, and VIP-style service experience aligned with high-end luxury retail standards.
About the role- Deliver a personalised, luxury-standard sales experience
- Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Support customers in discovering and styling exclusive designer items
- Assist with daily sales operations, including POS and merchandising
- Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and store standards
- Work collaboratively with the existing sales representative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Represent the brand with polish, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience in luxury, premium, or high-end retail (fashion preferred)
- Genuine passion for fashion, designer brands, and craftsmanship
- Naturally client-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional, and confident in a luxury environment
- Detail-oriented with pride in presentation and service
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Based in George Town (parking available)
