We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Manager – Corporate Services to support the Head of Corporate Services in overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing team, and delivering expert corporate administration services. This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties- Lead and mentor a team of corporate services professionals through effective leadership and coaching.
- Oversee a portfolio of companies, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and review corporate documentation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of departmental policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Manage complex transactions, including drafting reports, board minutes, and shareholder resolutions.
- Oversee licensing and banking matters.
- Support board and company secretarial services as needed.
- Professional qualification such as ICSA, STEP, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a corporate services provider.
- Proven success in leading and developing professional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling complex transactions and drafting corporate resolutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Viewpoint, CAPS, and CORIS.
