Responsibilities and DutiesAs Manager of the New Business Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily workflows within the registered office business
- Monitoring team capacity and adjusting workloads as needed
- Ensuring timely and high-quality processing of client requests
- Delegating tasks and providing hands-on support for urgent matters
- Acting as a reference point and providing cover for team members on leave
- Driving process improvements and internal efficiencies
- Supporting management in resolving team-related challenges
- Providing technical support and training on complex corporate transactions
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- An undergraduate degree and a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or equivalent)
- Minimum five years’ experience in corporate administration
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, REEFS, CAPS, and client databases
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands financial services regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with onboarding compliance including KYC and CDD
