Responsibilities and Duties
As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will:
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies across digital and print channels.
- Manage the organisation’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and brand?aligned.
- Produce high?quality promotional materials, including flyers, posters, newsletters, and digital assets
- Coordinate major events, including milestone celebrations such as graduation ceremonies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, sponsorships, and community stakeholders.
- Support student recruitment and community engagement activities through strategic campaigns
- Manage internal communications platforms to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain alignment with the organisation’s values and strategic priorities.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A minimum of five years' experience in marketing, social media, or communications.
- Proficiency in design and communication tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools.
- A proven track record in managing digital platforms and producing promotional content.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence managing internal and external relationships.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
