Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and niche platforms.
- Manage and optimise the company website for SEO and user engagement.
- Coordinate and distribute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip sequences.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with internal experts to produce thought leadership content and secure publication opportunities.
- Organise and manage on-island and international events, including logistics, branding, and follow-up.
- Develop branded materials and ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels.
- Support business development efforts through targeted campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within financial services or private capital.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Experience with event planning and international conference coordination.
- Strong writing and editing skills for content creation and thought leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
- Knowledge of blockchain-based services, digital asset custody, or UHNW trust structuring is a strong advantage.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
