Job Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the smooth running of daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in office administration within a professional and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director and wider team with administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
  • Handling couriers and maintaining the courier log.
  • Managing notarisation and apostille requests.
  • Coordinating paper signing for directors and document handling.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
  • Liaising with the landlord and managing premises-related matters.
  • Processing expense reimbursements and managing petty cash.
  • Overseeing office service providers including cleaners, IT, and catering.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT systems.
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
