Responsibilities and DutiesIn this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
- Handling couriers and maintaining the courier log.
- Managing notarisation and apostille requests.
- Coordinating paper signing for directors and document handling.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Liaising with the landlord and managing premises-related matters.
- Processing expense reimbursements and managing petty cash.
- Overseeing office service providers including cleaners, IT, and catering.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
