We are recruiting on behalf of a Cayman Islands-based organisation for an Operations and Compliance Analyst. This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a growing operations team, supporting compliance, risk management, and administrative functions. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence and operational efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide daily support to the operations team, including administrative and project-related tasks.
- Assist with client onboarding, including KYC/AML reviews and risk assessments in line with CIMA and internal policies.
- Maintain onboarding checklists, conduct initial screenings, and support ongoing monitoring.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor adherence to CIMA regulations and internal procedures.
- Identify and address compliance risks, escalating issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate compliance logs and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operational and compliance processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or operations.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and CIMA regulations.
- Prior experience in client onboarding within the Cayman Islands financial services sector is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Proven ability to follow and improve standard procedures.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
