Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented  Operations Manager  to oversee and optimise operational functions across asset management, corporate services, and legal divisions. This is a key leadership role focused on regulatory compliance, process improvement, and operational efficiency within a dynamic and growing financial services environment.

• Act as the primary liaison with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA)
• Oversee regulatory filings, compliance resolutions, and updates
• Streamline client onboarding and operational workflows
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure automation and compliance
• Manage client records and implement best practices for data security
• Supervise banking functions and financial reporting processes
• Lead operational improvements across corporate and legal departments
• Develop and maintain process maps and client management protocols

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in financial services
• Strong knowledge of CIMA regulations and local compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage complex systems and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial operations and banking functions
• Strong project management skills, ideally with technical collaboration experience
• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices
